Buying the correct size:
We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible. Weights listed are approximate and it is important to keep in mind that each dog’s shape and size will vary. We have provided a measurement guide and sizing chart for you to properly choose the correct size harness for your pet.

Return Policy:

Our Guarantee
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your new item. Please contact customerservice@charlieandspike.com for a pre-paid shipping label. Include all tags/labels with our return/exchange.

Retail/Boutique Purchases:
Any purchase made at a retail outlet or website carrying Charlie and Spike products must be returned to that particular retailer. Individual store policies will apply. Charlie and Spike will not accept returns/exchanges of any merchandise purchased from these locations.

U.S.Customers
For your convenience, internet purchases that shipped to a U.S. address may be returned/exchanged within 7 days of item receipt (no exceptions will apply). Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment minus any shipping fees. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales and/or gift receipt. Gifts may be exchanged for merchandise or store credit ONLY and must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Monogrammed, personalized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Notify customerservice@charlieandspike.com for a return authorization code and mailing address. Please be sure that the product is in its original form and includes all product tags, labels and original packaging. Remove original labels/postage on packaging  prior to placing C&S return address label. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  Ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS and retain tracking information.Exchanges will ship out within 24/48 hours of receipt of original merchandise at no additional charge.

Please seal the package securely and retain the tracking number for your records.

Be sure to include:

  • Your name and billing address
  • The name, address and ZIP code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
  • The original purchase or gift receipt

International Orders:

Please contact customerservice@charlieandspike.com in regards to exchanges or refunds within 7 days of receipt of your item(s).

Price Adjustments:

Charlie and Spike will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment within a 7 day period for merchandise purchased at www.charlieandspike.com

Shipping Method:

We appreciate your business and pride ourselves on our great customer service. We will do our very best to ship all orders within a 24/48 period. Please note that custom orders will take longer and there may be delays during high traffic periods.

We will ship via UPS and USPS.

International orders ship via USPS 6-10 day priority mail. Please note that Charlie and Spike cannot control international customs which may cause delays.
